theapro has been intensively involved in this phase for many years and has established it as a separate field of consulting. 

During the ongoing planning or construction process, an additional outside perspective is sometimes needed—especially on the part of the client or users. We help to ensure quality, evaluate decisions, and help shape technical developments with a view to future operation.
